Digiware Suite is a cloud-based software developed to help property managers provide guests the best possible stay from a service perspective.
Features:
- Broadcasts = allows property managers to send messages to ALL guests in the building which can be useful if there are any events or emergencies around the property.
- Support tickets = allows guests to create support inquiries conveniently. Upon ticket creation, property managers can see the ticket details so that they can assist accordingly.
- Guest/user management = gives the property manager an overview of all the guests in the building. This includes guest's name, contact details, unit number. This can also be used to enable or disable guest accounts.
- Parcels = allows property manager to alert guests for incoming packages. Also allows guests to notify property manager for outgoing packages.
- Chat logs = gives the property manager and guest the ability to see their chat logs with each other.
- Reports = gives the property manager the ability to generate a summary report for the support tickets.
- Camera = allows guests to live-view a camera placed at a designated area in the property i.e. reception desk. Note: this feature requires separate hardware which will need to be quoted separately.
- HDL home automation = allows users to open HDL-ON smart home app for HDL integrated properties.
