DIRECTUM Jazz

DIRECTUM Jazz lets all DIRECTUM and DirectumRX users work with tasks, jobs and documents by using their mobile devices.
The biggest advantage of DIRECTUM Jazz is the ability to work offline. Create tasks and complete jobs. View and edit your downloaded documents without network connection. Once you get network access, all changes will be automatically synchronized.
You can easily start using your app. Your organization should purchase a server license and have the NOMAD server installed (please contact our support team). All you have to do is download DIRECTUM Jazz from App Store and get in on the action today!
Jazz Features:
- Start tasks and subtasks.
- Complete jobs.
- Create documents and search for them.
- View, edit and sign documents, including formalized ones. If you use certificates issued by CryptoPro certification authority, you will need a license to use cryptographic protection software CryptoPro CSP 4.0 on one workplace.
- View cards of documents and reference records and send them as task attachments.
- Receive alerts for new jobs and notifications.

Important: The app requires DIRECTUM 5.0 – 5.7, DirectumRX.
