Welcome to SmartBus!

The SmartBus app offers a unique on-demand public transportation system in the City of Glyfada, aiming to help you get around the city in a safer and more efficient way, rather than using your own vehicle.

There are 11 bus stations for you to choose to go around the City of Glyfada, connecting points of interest and the commercial City center with the outskirts of the City.

Currently, this is a pilot phase so the SmartBus service is offered to you free of charge!

Here is how it works:

• Download the app and sign in using your Apple account.
• Choose your pick-up station.
• Choose your drop-off station.
• The app matches you with a free bus and assigns you a Passenger Identification Number.
• The app informs you on the pick-up time from your desired pick-up station, as well as the estimated time of arrival to your desired drop-off location.
• When the bus arrives, you need to show your Passenger identification Number to the bus driver, so he can know it was really you who requested this ride. You do not need to provide your name to the bus driver!

That’s it! Relax, enjoy the ride and contribute to minimizing congestion in the City of Glyfada!
