The DNAq-Card™ is a rapid assay for the quantitation of double-stranded DNA and PCR products. This kit makes DNA quantitation easy and accurate, without the need of complex instrumentation, sample pre-purification and long incubation steps.The DNAq-Card is a disposable microfluidic device that can be run on a benchtop or other flat surface. The DNAq-Card kit includes all necessary assay reagents. Simply mix your sample in few rapid steps with the provided buffers. The total assay time is less than 3 minutes. The result is displayed by a color-coded column on a graduated scale. The easy to use DNAq Mobile app allows user to record and store the assay results electronically.
