The Eating Disorder Evaluation Questionnaire (EDE_Q) is an empirically validated measure of disordered eating. Clinicians use EDE_Q to evaluate the scope and severity of client eating problems, and it is used in research to understand population eating disorder trends.

This is the first, and only, free iPhone App that lets you complete this quick, 15 minute, questionnaire from the privacy of your mobile phone.

Your responses will be evaluated and you will receive a calculated personal scores for:

Ø Eating concern
Ø Shape concern
Ø Weight concern
Ø Dietary restrains
Ø Binge eating
Ø Compensatory behavior

No specialized training is required to complete this questionnaire, now easy-to use from the privacy of your mobile phone.

Please be aware that no screening tool is 100% accurate, therefore the results of this assessment do not determine whether you do or do not have an Eating Disorder.
