What is it about?

Recruit on MARS is a web-based software program that helps companies turn their employees into recruiting machines. It is designed to interactively engage employees in assisting their company with the recruitment of new people and the acquisition of qualified talent. The Recruit on MARS mobile app is specifically designed for the employee and works in combination with his/her employer’s Recruit on MARS software. The app requires login credentials issued by the employer and allows the employee to view their rewards points balance, credits, and redemption. It provides the list of rewards being offered by the employer and the points needed to earn those rewards. In addition, it provides an accounting of the activities that have taken place relative to specific candidates referred for specific jobs.
