Many medical professionals need, in order to take full care of the patients, keep data and photos of their pathology on the mobile phone. Remember pending cases to complete, consult with another colleague, study or investigate, there are many legitimate reasons to do so.

But this information should not be stored with the private data of the Facultative. The photos of interventions can not be mixed with that of birthdays.

- DocToDoctor is an Ethical Application developed by Doctors to enhance the Safety of the Doctor-Patient Relationship!

The European Data Protection Regulation, requires data protection mechanisms for patients that no mobile application, until now, has complied with.

Our design is based on security above all other considerations, implementing the recommendations of Privacy by Design (International Assembly of Privacy Commissioners and Data Protection Authorities, 2010) and strictly following the European RGPD.

- DocToDoctor is an independent development, without interference from large platforms, pharmaceutical companies or investment funds. It is a system supported by Users, which does not insert advertising or give any data to third parties.

- DocToDoctor is easy to use (for the level of protection it grants).

- DocToDoctor is a multiplatform app that allows the safe handling of confidential data, both photos and comments, notes and labels.

- DocToDoctor facilitates the obtaining of Consent of the patients by means of recording techniques of audio or photography of specific documents downloaded from the web. These consents are stored in a specific Server differentiated from the rest of the data.

- DocToDoctor has Web support to store data in an encrypted and secure cloud, and Servers located in Europe as recommended by the RGPD. The Web application facilitates visualization and allows the editing of stored images and data.

- DocToDoctor uses a specific numeric key required to be activated every time it is used, preventing against the misuse of the device by other people and indispensable to visualize encrypted information that can only be accessed on the device.

- DocToDoctor is an application aimed at Physicians in Exercise legally authorized to practice Medicine in their country of residence. It is accessed by invitation of another colleague.

- DocToDoctor protects the family life of the doctor, by preventing casual access to images of medical processes almost never pleasant for the rest of the family.

- DocToDoctor establishes mechanisms so that patients can exercise their rights of Consultation, Rectification or Deletion of the data that concerns them.
