How does it work?
Well,Its as simple as 1, 2, 3...
Step 1
If you are a support agent Go to Doublescreen.com and create a new support session.
Step 2
send the session id to the user you want to support, by email, voice , or SMS Text message
Step 3
Once the user enters the session, for 20 minutes, you can now safely , and securely , see ONLY the screens the user wants you to see.in realtime.
Does DoubleScreen Record a video of my screen?
Because of Apple's Security features on iOS, we cannot record or stream a live view of your device.
