Keep a list of encounters in your clinic or hostel or whatever..

Probably other apps do this, God knows a good EMR should do this ... but, you know, not all systems have good EMRs and Docs have to keep track of stuff on their own - because, you know, they can always afford a couple more clicks during charting and screen time instead of patient time.
