Dr House Call

House Call Medic is founded by a group of dedicated doctors and pharmacists in 2015. We aim to offer professional customized home-based medical services to consumers. A one-stop service where consumers get their medical advice at the most convenient time and where people found most comfortable with, which is at their own home. To enhance our customers' experience and convenient, the Company strategically decided to develop two mobile applications namely Dr House Call and Dr House Call Operation which the former is for the consumers and the latter for doctors.

For consumers: Users can request for in-call medical services via Dr House Call app. At the same time, users can also monitor own family members’ health condition (prior permission from family members) via a built-in monitoring system and get lifetime support. Other services such as medication delivery, online consultation and e-support also available for users.

For medical personnel: supported by House Call Medic Clinic and its branches in terms of legal and supply. Dr House Call Operation provides a platform for doctors to attend to home visit requests. Meanwhile, the Patient Management Tool with IoT integration allows all medical personnel to monitor their patients and alert them in the case when patients required any medical attention.
