With the DR. KAISER app you can calculate all relevant parameters related to dressing and grinding easily and accurately.
The application distinguishes between dressing with stationary and rotary dressing-tools and considers the geometry of the tool.
Based on the tool dimensions, the overlap ratio and, if applicable, the dressing depth, the traverse feedrates are calculated. In parallel, the setting of the speed ratio can be used to determine the dressing disc speed.
In addition, a simple tool for converting the grinding wheel peripheral velocity into the associated speed and vice versa is integrated.
