The center was established in 1971 as the first center specialized in providing physiotherapy services for people with special needs.
- The center has been expanded to provide all rehabilitation services for these children, as the business philosophy of the center is that the most successful programs and therapeutic means for children - with special needs - are those that adopt the concept of integration between these services and provide them in a way that serves the child and works to develop his health, psychological and mental condition at the same time One .
- The center now contains all these quotas and is based on the work of specialists in each field in these fields and have the highest specialized certificates and they have been fully trained both in their field of specialization, and they also have the ability to work with the spirit of one team so that everyone in his specialty can use the skills The other major in his work is for the child to take full advantage of the treatment program and there is no inconsistency or schizophrenia in these services.
- And the center adopts the policy of one session per day if the child's condition does not require more than that, and also adopts the full treatment day policy if the child's condition requires that, taking into account the exact compatibility in the daily treatment program.
- The center aims in its treatment programs that it provides that we reach the ultimate goal of rehabilitation, which is to reach the child to the highest levels of self-reliance and integration with the family and society according to his pathological conditions."

"- المركز تم تأسيسه عام ١٩٧١ كأول مركز متخصص في تقديم خدمات العلاج الطبيعى ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
- تم توسيع المركز حتي اصبح يقدم كافة الخدمات التاهيلية لهؤلاء الاطفال حيث ان فلسفة العمل بالمركز ان انجح البرامج و الوسائل العلاجية للأطفال - ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة - هي التي تتبنى مفهوم التكامل بين هذه الخدمات وتقديمها بشكل يخدم الطفل ويعمل علي تطوير حالته الصحية والنفسية والعقلية في آن واحد .
- واصبح المركز الان يحتوى علي كافة هذه التحصصات ويقوم على العمل متخصصين في كل مجال بهذه المجالات وحاصلين علي اعلي الشهادات المتخصصة وتم تدريبهم بشكل كامل كلا فى مجال تخصصه ، كما انه يتمتعون بالقدرة على العمل بروح الفريق الواحد بحيث يستطيع كل فرد فى تخصصه ان يستخدم مهارات التخصص الاخر في عمله حتي يتمكن الطفل من الاستفادة الكاملة من البرنامج العلاجى ولا يحدث اي تناقض او انفصام في هذه الخدمات.
- و المركز يتبنى سياسة الجلسة الواحدة في اليوم اذا كانت حالة الطفل لا تستدعي اكثر من ذلك و ايضا يتبنى سياسة اليوم العلاجى الكامل اذا كانت حالة الطفل تستدعى ذلك مع مراعاة التوافق الدقيق فى البرنامج العلاجى اليومى .
- ويهدف المركز في برامجه العلاجية التي يقدمها ان نصل الي الهدف الاسمى للتأهيل و هو الوصول بالطفل الي اقصى درجات الاعتماد علي النفس والاندماج مع الاسرة والمجتمع طبقا لظروفه المرضية .
