During 2014 and 2019, Dreamax has successively acquired seven rounds of noteworthy financing from QingSong Fund, Shunwei Capital, Fortune Venture Capital, Huaxing Growth Capital, StarVC, Warburg Pincus, Genesis Capital, CMC Capital, CICC Alpha, China Investment Corporation and International Finance Corporation and other institutions. In December 2017, Dreamax has obtained D round of financing for 120 million U. S. dollars from Warburg Pincus and Genesis Capital, setting the record in K12 online one-on-one guidance. One year later, Dreamax officially declared gaining the E-1 round financing in February 2019. It is a joint investment by CMC Capital, CICC Alpha, China Investment Corporation. It is following the investment by International Finance Corporation, Sofina, Haitong International Securities Group Limited, Genesis Capital and other institutions. The financing amount reaches 350 million U. S. dollars, refreshing the highest record of financing in vertical field.
