You can then add that symbol to your own personal dream dictionary, building up a dream dictionary that is personal to you. All you need to build your dream recall.

In addition there is a charts tab which allows you to see how many dreams you have logged in total to monitor your progress over the last 7 days, 30 days, and 365 days.
