Drivers of Miles

The driver (App user) is allowed to connect to Miles App by pressing “on” button which will enable the driver for delivering orders, also he can disconnect himself by pressing “off” button.
- When the driver opens the enabling button, he will get orders from the nearest restaurants by using google maps, in case the order was rejected by a driver, it goes to another driver, and in case if the order was not accepted by any driver the restaurant admin will get a notification for this and he will be able to resend the order again.
- There are several steps for delivering the order by the driver:
1. Receive order request from a restaurant and accept it.
2. After Accepting the order he will be able to find the restaurant location by pressing on direction button and choosing "restaurant".
3. Receive a notification when the restaurant finishes the order and it’s ready to pick up.
4. Go to customer location by pressing on directions button and choosing "customer".
5. Pressing on the arrived button when he reaches the customer location, the restaurant admin will be notified that the driver arrived.
6. Pressing on the delivered button when he delivers the order to the customer's hands.
7. In case if the driver didn’t deliver the order to the customer due to any reasons, he must report an issue to declare the situation to the restaurant admin.
