Drug Express

Patient will receive a prescription upon seeing a doctor, where they will scan the QR code and be directed to the pharmacy website to arrange for self-collect/delivery of prescriptions. He/she will indicate if the medicine is to be delivered or patient will pick it up at the Pharmacy and also payment mode. The pharmacist will review the medication and send a quote to the patient whereupon he/she will make payment either via cash or thru payment portal.


Once payment is made, pharmacist will make the medication and use the app to send a text message to the courier to pickup the medication for final delivery to patient.

Upon arrival, courier will capture patient signature and collect the original doctor’s prescription. Pharmacist will be notified by courier of arrival and contact patient to explain the doses to the patient.
