Mobile App FINSGO DSR-Mobile developed by SAIGON BPO Ltd. is exclusively for Direct Sales (DSR) of Mirae Asset Finance Company (Vietnam) Ltd.
FINSGO DSR-Mobile supports the process of collecting loan documents and sending them to the system quickly, efficiently and conveniently via Internet, thereby helping to shorten data entry and disbursement time as well as improve data accuracy.
The mobile application includes main functions:
Verify customer information
Take and edit photos of loan application form and supporting documents
Upload the taken photos to the system
Record location of Direct Sales when uploading documents to the system
Receive notifications about the document status
Add/update information and documents
