Bu uygulama sayesinde tüm teknik süreçler mobilize edilir. Tüm süreçler panel üzerinden takip edilebilir ve gerekli müdahaleler yapılabilir.
Uygulama içerisinde arıza kaydı ile ilgili fotoğrafların eklenebilmesi için kamera izinleri, müşterinin konumuna giderken yol tarifi alabilmek için konum izinleri kullanılmaktadır.
