DVR RECords has been developed and has been specifically designed for use on mobile devices by forensic video analysts and law enforcement officers. DVR RECords addresses many issues using logical, direct entry and automated functions. Time calibrations are automated, comparing DVR time to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) these calibrations are automatically applied to all video of interest and retention times, eliminating all potential time calculation errors. This function also allows the collecting analyst/detective, to convert known times to DVR times and vice versa automatically. Direct input of data is in a logical format, ensuring that all relevant data is collected. The collected data is automatically transposed into a completed report and forensic video recovery worksheet before leaving the scene. These documents are emailed directly to the analyst/detective. At no time is any information stored on the mobile device.
