I'm Silvia, an independent British / German certified Personal Trainer. A trained nurse and mother of three, I know how difficult it can be to stay in shape. Based on own experience, I am providing guidance and encouragement needed to reach and maintain your fitness goals with the focus on helping you develop sustainable and balanced fitness habits.
