1.维修接单：
待派单会显示业主报修的胆子，由工程师派单给维修员。
待处理会显示派给维修员的维修单子，单子上面有显示业主的信息，点查看详情，里面有详细的信息等。
2.上门服务：
维修员维修完成后，点击填写维修记录，可上传完工照片。
3.生成账单：
提交后会显示账单，填写上门服务的工时及材料内容等即可。
