e-285+ or e-285 plus is a system developed to increase the efficiency of Single Window 4 Fishing Fleet (SW4FF) with the system to monitor personnel working in the vessel by Face Scan System and report the fishing vessel’s movement. The target group is

engaged on near- coastal voyages, Local trade vessel, Local trade and Neighboring area vessel, Non-self propelled Neighboring area vessel to prepare Crew Agreement for Thai Vessels and Crew List by electronic means
2. Seafarers to prepare information on boarding and landing, requesting a certificate for checking the working hours by electronic means
