In support for the commitment of the Makassar Customs and Excise Supervision Office to provide SMART Customs (Seamless Trade, Travel and Transport) services. The application was built to improve passengers’ convenience to while fulfilling their obligations to fill out and submit customs declarations to the Makassar Customs and Excise Office Indonesia.

This E-CD Application System is available for public users and very user friendly to be accessed easily anytime and anywhere from internet-connected mobile phones. With E-CD, passengers have options to fulfill their customs obligations (in addition to the paper-based Customs Declaration form) so that they will be better served as well as enhanced in their level of compliance to customs provisions.
