ePHC is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model of Government and eVaidya Pvt.Ltd. to collaboratively implement the NUHM program. eVaidya's ePHC Help improve the health status of the urban poor particularly the slum dwellers and other disadvantaged sections, by facilitating equitable access to quality health care through an integrated and holistic approach.

It is a new age concept to bring holistic care to the local community. It is a combination of primary healthcare centre, physical or tele-consultation, pharmacy, imaging (X-Ray) and Lab services (63 Lab investigations) combined together under one roof. The centre with the ANM's do the outreach programs as per NHM, conduct the health and nutrition days, participating in National public health programs like RNTPC, NTPC, family planning, de-worming, immunization, registration of the Antenatal care, promoting institutional delivery, providing epidemic alerts, contributing in reducing the IMR and MMR etc.

Advantage of eVaidya--
Single window access to all the primary health care needs (including physician-physical/virtual, Lab investigations, Digital X-ray, Specialized doctors though tele-consultation an added advantage of eVaidya centre)
As the facilities are available at the ePHC for primary care, patients need not go to tertiary care for the same, thereby saving time and money for the patient and workload on the Secondary and tertiary care hospitals
Simplification of the outreach program for the ANMs by digitizing the process for them to actively participate in the NUHM outreach program
Created demographic based Health Census with Data and use data analytics for predictive outcomes
