丹阳本地慈善平台，爱人人士可以在平台上查看本地需求救助人员信息。
当爱心人士在APP中申领爱心救助后，会有志愿者联系爱心人士，并将爱心人士救助的资金或服务通过志愿者发放给困难家庭。
本着精准帮扶、灵活帮扶、自愿帮扶的原则，爱心人士和被帮助者的隐私都得到了有效的保护：通过审核的被帮扶对象信息经过整合后，由志愿者以编号的形式发布在平台。
爱心人士可以根据自己的意愿对项目进行一对一、一对多或者多对一的认领，随后通过志愿者进行信息核实和线下的具体帮扶（包含捐款、捐物等具体行动）。
