【機能概要】
災害発生時、自分の安否の情報を岡山県透析災害対策本部に送信します。
また、勤務先の透析施設にて安否の確認が可能です。
【機能詳細】
①基本情報入力
所属施設、氏名、連絡先などを、平時に入力しておきます。
②安否送信
災害発生時、自分が無事かどうか、また避難先を送信します。
③災害情報確認
現在発生している災害情報を表示します。
④送信内容確認
送信した安否情報が、災害対策本部に登録されているかどうかを表示します。
⑤透析可否一覧
各県内の透析施設の透析可否の状況を一覧表示します。
