具体功能有：
1、运力:统计通过注册的自办、委办车辆总数；
2、实时：查看实时发班数、运输量、gps采集率等；
3、OCR扫描：通过扫描车牌，实时呈现车辆邮路执行位置、轨迹、装在情况；
4、线路库：查询每条线路的规划的发班时间，邮路级别等信息；
5、人：统计自办、委办驾驶员的人数以及驾驶员的日里程；
