图书馆占地2520平方米，馆藏10万余册，其中古籍图书6200余册，地方文献1200册，实行免费开架借阅，自动化管理。以“和谐乐亭 文化强县”为主题，开展一系列服务群众、服务社会的的惠民活动，丰富了群众的文化生活，提高了读者的文化素质和文化品位，推动了学习型社会的建设，受到了良好的社会效益。
