找到身体的舞感、音乐的音感。“感”是很多舞者所欠缺的舞蹈状态。舞感：身体有形气力加持，才有“感”的舞蹈多元变化。音感：听到音乐里多重音轨的区别，找准音乐的八拍节奏，才能让身体更贴切音乐。
