快速查看单条路线的不同时间气象预警，并根据特有相关工程的气
象预警标准给与不同程度的预警。
4.气象图例：
通过气象云图来对路线的全局来进行查看。
5.历史数据：
查看预报点和气象站的历史数据。
6.数据中心：
对气象站和预报点的数据进行统计。
7.个人中心：
个人用户的登录注销，还有部分功能的帮助使用。
