处理中心
待处理是展示用户提交上来的申请单，根据账号角色具有的操作权限，该列表会展示出来需要处理的申请单；
进件中是用户提交的进件单，用户在处理页面点击新增按钮提交申请单成功之后，申请单就会出现在进件中；
审核中是展示操作人员处理之后提交至系统审核的数据列表；
