哈电集成办公及移动平台（简称平台）是公司十三五信息化规划中的重要任务。平台的目标是逐步建立统一的业务流程平台、办公平台、移动应用平台、集成平台。
现阶段已搭建完成基础技术平台、移动应用平台，上线的主要功能包括：Web邮件、通知公告、待办事宜、会议室管理、接待管理、用车管理、客饭申请、电话簿、日程管理、即时通讯、常用链接等办公应用。
后续将持续扩展、建设，逐步实现原有哈电信息管理平台业务的迁移，以及ERP、MES、CAPP等系统的统一入口、业务集成、流程集成。
