（1）、售后工单
及时处理和了解用户提交的售后工单，售后人员和客户之间快速对接，解决产品的售后及处理流程。
（2）、事件服务
用户可以通过微信等提交产品的安装、报修等事件，App通过接收事件后根据用户提交的信息进行事件处理分配工作人员及时与客户沟通处理。
（3）、项目管理
针对客户提供的项目，企业级的项目管理能及时了解，跟进客户的项目及任务完成进度，保证用户的各类任务及时完成和推进工作。
（4）、客户服务
针对各工单和事件完成情况进行对我司工作人员的回访及评价，及时了解工作售后中需要改进和改善的。
