客户在APP中填写相关信息，提交订单（填写服务类别和地址，缴纳20-30元定金），等待服务业者上门。
服务业者在APP中注册并填写相关资料，包括身份证和职业相关资质，待平台管理员审核通过后，根据用户下订单的地址，计算出附近的人员，分配地理位置最近的服务业者上门。
平台管理员在PC后台中登录，主要功能有审核服务业者的资质，给其派单。
