什么是章博士,公章管理手持智能终端；通俗来说就是便携式的智能“保险箱”。
章博士是对现行印章管理制度的补充与完善，传统做法只有用章盖章的申请审批制度，并没有盖章过程的监控监管制度。解决了印章管理环节的难点和痛点；使用章博士，管理员可以对盖章全过程实施视频监控和录像，当需盖章的合同符合要求时，后台管理员可启动印章，现场操作员在印章启动后，方能进行盖章操作， 这一过程，可以进行全程监控和录像，视频数据可保存在设备上，必要时可以调阅，实现了盖章行为的可查、可追溯性；做到了印章管理没有空白点和监管监控的全覆盖。以技术手段补齐了印章管理的短板。
