－发布社区新闻动态
管理员发布最新的社区热点新闻。
－发布志愿者活动
1，区域负责人或者组织负责人可主动创建活动；
2，接收其他志愿者的求助，并根据求助创建活动。
－志愿者可报名参加活动
志愿者在活动招募结束之前报名参加活动；活动负责人开始活动，进行 二维码扫描签入；活动负责人结束活动，进行二维码扫描签出；签出之后提交评价获得活动积分。
－志愿者发起求助
志愿者可向区域负责人发起求助信息，要求创建活动；求助信息包括文本，语音，图片三种内容。
－帮帮团创建参与
已认证的志愿者，可参与社区论坛帮帮团的论题创建和评论。
