【Fragments Of The Story】
“Oh …… Oh! I am overjoyed!” The clown kisses Anna forcefully.
“Ah!” Anna yells. She is astounded!
“Oh, yeah! We are not just friends; we will be good neighbors. Come, one more kiss.” The clown grins, exposing his yellowish, dirty teeth.
Anna closes her eyes in fear. Too accustomed to obeying the elders, she can only choose to tolerate such advance.
The clown looks around vigilantly – nobody.
“Hah,hah,hah … …. You see. We are reading buddies too. This is worth celebrating. Let’s do it again!”
Anna cannot stand it anymore. She plucks up her courage and screams.
“No! Don’t!”

【Letter To The Parents】
How to educate the children so they can grow up healthy, happy and safe is the paramount concern of every parent. We can educate our children according to ten levels of child safety.
Full text below:
• Growing up safely is more important than achieving success;
【Right to be safe. Educate a child about certain rights, like the right to breathe. Nobody has the right to deprive that right. Tell a child that nobody has the right to deprive his/her right to safety. Safety is of supreme importance. 】
• Private parts are not allowed to be touched by others;
【The right to safeguard your own body. A child should know that the body belongs to himself/herself. Areas of the body covered by clothing should not be seen or touched by others. A child should rightfully refuse a kiss or touch.】
• Life first, property second;
【Right to live first. Tell the child about the right to expect assistance from friends or to resolutely refuse unreasonable demand from violent people. Many apparently hostile thugs are quite timid. Therefore, many children together yelling ‘Go away!’ would usually scare a thug away. In the rare case when a child is threatened with bodily harm, he/she, physically weak, can but succumb to the threat. Sometimes a child may worry about getting punished at home after being robbed by a thug. For example: a child whose bicycle has been robbed may worry about being punished the parents. The parents should tell a child that physical safety is far more important than a bicycle. 】
