1、素材管理，政协委员可通过APP,采集图片素材、视频素材、语音素材、文字素材，可将素材保存于本地，或者保存于云端。
2、会议管理，管理员通过发布会议，APP通过推送方式通知用户，用户可选择乘车地点，是否住宿，并可点击是否参加会议。到达会议开始，可通过APP扫描二维码进行签到。
3、提案管理，政协会员可通过APP编写提案，并发布提案，可对提案的反馈进行评价，也可查看优秀提案。
4、个人信息管理，可查看并编辑用户的个人信息。
