贝尔加星际通APP ，是船员/家属客户端系统软件，提供丰富的图形操作界面，实时存储、处理通过船载卫星中继终端发送的短报文。通过卫星中继终端的WIFI连接，可以方便、快捷的实现双向（海洋和陆地端）通信服务。
APP 内的通信协议使用中集智能提供的海事卫星模块通信协议，直接连接海事卫星进行上传和下载实现双向通信。
