智云监控是中国电信浙江公司自主研发面向行业客户推出的7*24小时机房环境监控标准化服务产品，在党政军、金融机构、教育、运营商、中小企业、商客、安防、消防等行业领域得到用户认可。
智云监控平台为用户机房提供机房动环情况、实时监控、数据统计、告警推送等功能。用户通过手机APP/PC端实时查看机房内温湿度、烟感、水浸、供电情况及视频监控。对于机房隐患（如机房漏水、火灾、停电、温度过高等）通过app提醒、语音、短信及时告警通知用户处理，维护机房安全，近而实现机房各类IT设备（网络设备、服务器等）稳定运行，提高用户业务的连续性和高效性。
