Kashiwa Walk contains one walking course around Kashiwanoha area and Hananoi area in Kashiwa City. The course includes 9 maps and aerial photographs that provide information about Kashiwanoha Park, Todai Kashiwa Campus, Konbukuroike Nature Park, and Relics of Kashiwa Airport.
The application provide following functions:
1. Positioning and directing
2. Map overlaying and switching
3. Browsing POIs
4. Measuring length and area on maps.
5. Taking geo-tagged photos, audios and texts as travel records
6. Recording and playing personal trajectories*
7. Pre-experience the course by simulated trajectories
*Trajectory will only be recorded when the app is active by default. User can optionally turn on the function to continue record trajectory in background, but continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
