Meige综合征，即梅杰/美格综合征，是一种局限性肌张力障碍性疾病。Meige综合征属于成人多动症，由法国神经病学家Meige于1910年首先报道。主要表现为双眼睑痉挛、面部肌张力障碍样不自主运动，又称眼睑痉挛一口下颌部肌张力障碍。
