２０１６年６月から活動を開始。
ジャンルは、コメディ・音楽・ゲーム実況・アニメ等。
おもに動画配信などを中心に、楽曲配信、Web上での生放送、ステージライブと多岐に渡って活動している。生ライブを除くWeb・メディア出演においては、各メンバーの姿はイラストキャラクターで表現されている。すとぷりのリスナーのことを「すとぷりすなー」という。
