为适应当前移动互联网发展新趋势和要求，创新政务工作模式，拓展电子证照使用范围，泉州市行政服务中心利用移动互联网、新媒体、新技术首次引入“互联网+电子证照”新模式，搭建市行政服务中心APP移动客户端。公众可通过客户端随时查询在办事项的流程环节、查看自己名下的电子证照、进行证照真伪验证，还可直接使用手机进行在线咨询、申报、投诉和建议等操作，突破了申报材料和证照电子化瓶颈，进一步推进审批无纸化办公环境配套建设，把行政服务触角延伸至百姓身边、手中，让百姓“指尖一键”掌上办事。
