本會成立至今，一直以推廣游泳，促進香港游泳運動發展，培訓香港泳壇新力軍為宗旨，希望透過持續而有系
統之訓練，令學員有健康的體魄，並培養他們對運動之興趣，將來成為體育領袖。
本會於一九九八年加入香港業餘游泳總會成為註冊屬會。
宗旨
1. 推廣游泳，促進游泳運動發展
2. 培訓香港泳壇新力軍
3. 培育有潛質的年青人成為體育領袖
