このアプリは、焼津市の市職員や市民向けアプリです。
焼津市に所属する、市職員と市民の情報共有を促進します。
焼津市からのガイドが画面の右側に表示されます。
画面下部のテロップでも補足説明が表示されます。
また、焼津市の市職員は緊急時に市民に一斉にお知らせやビデオを送信することができます。
緊急放送の開始時に、アプリがバックグラウンドで稼働している場合、緊急放送の視聴を促す音声ガイダンスが鳴ります。

アプリをForegroundやBackgroundで稼働させておくだけで、災害時に焼津市が放送する警報の受信を待機している状態にすることができます。
災害時警報の受信端末として、iOSデバイスを使えるようにするのです。この機能がこのアプリのもっとも重要な機能です。
さらに、動画の受信も可能にし、災害時以外のときは、市役所が放送するコンテンツを楽しめるようにしてあります。
