※ メールを送信する為には、本アプリでの宛先設定の他にメールアカウントの設定が必要です。
※ iPhoneをご利用の場合は、「メールを送る」ボタンの他に「電話をかける」ボタンが表示され、
予め設定された電話番号に電話をかけることができます。
