支持患者完成由医护人员推送的任务，如：记录日常血压、血糖，阅读患教课程，以及对自身情况的评估。学习慢病管理知识体系、监测自身日常情况，从而进行科学的慢病管理；
档案管理
患者能通过OCR上传用药、检验、检查、住院记录的信息，方便医生查询并诊疗。
系统自动 统计患者体征，患者可实时观察自身体征变化，便于慢病管理。
