本項服務可將報案定位點資訊與現場影像傳送至臺北市政府消防局119受理席螢幕，提供民眾報案時與派遣員視訊對談，派遣員並可視報案現場實際需求，會切換報案人手機之視訊前後鏡頭及撥放CPR影片，以利掌握報案者及現場資訊，迅速派遣人車進行救援。
※程式使用GPS定位、網路及視訊鏡頭，此功能較為耗電。
