在參加賽事活動時不免發生狀況而需救助的情形. 像是自行車故障需要維修, 或昰受傷需要救護, 又或是體力不繼不得不棄賽需要搭收容車.

在參加賽事活動時不免發生狀況而需救助的情形. 像是自行車故障需要維修, 或昰受傷需要救護, 又或是體力不繼不得不棄賽需要搭收容車.
以往只能打大會緊急電話,狀況多時往往佔線打不進去, 或是無法立即掌握確切位置, 也不知道救援人員何時才來.
在求助者透過賽事求助APP送出求助訊息後,賽事救援l中心人員指派任務給適當的救援人員. 救援人員透過這個APP可以可以知道求助者確切的位置. 避免位置不明確找不到的情況.
求助者資料依時間順序排列方便救援人員依時間序處理, 或是透過地圖上顯示的求助者位置和距離決定處理序. 傳送簡單訊息告知求助者. 處理完成狀況可以記錄在資料庫備查.
